汽车转向泵压力振摆计算分析

摘要 论述了汽车转向泵的压力控制过程及压力振摆的产生。以V10F型汽车转向泵为例,在规定其排量、转速、开启压力的情况下,突然关闭出油口,通过计算各时刻点的滑阀位置和压力值,分析了其压力振摆的波动规律,确定了影响其压力振摆的主要因素。指出,适当减小滑阀弹簧刚度和限压阻尼孔径,增大滑阀与阀体配合间隙,对限制压力振摆有利。 This paper discussed the pressure control process and generation of pressure oscillation of vehicle steering pump.It took steering pump VIOF as an example,to analyze the fluctuation rules of pressure value of sliding valve at different timing under the condition of stated displacement,revolution speed and opening pressureand closing the oil outlet abruptly,then confirmed the main influence factors of pressure oscillation.It indicated that pressure oscillation can be limited by decreasing the spring stiffness of sliding valve and the holes diameter of limiting pressure damping, increasing the clearance between sliding valve and valve body.
