摘要
基于Hertz应力接触强度理论和弹性流体润滑理论,对6210柴油机连杆轴承磨损情况进行了模拟分析及试验研究。通过理论分析和试验结果可知,该柴油机连杆轴承负荷、连杆轴承表面形状及加工工艺方法对轴承的磨损状况影响较大。依据试验结果总结了上述因素导致的连杆轴承磨损规律。
Based on Hertz stress contacting strength theory and elastic fluid lubricating theory,the simulation and test study of connecting rod beating of diesel engine 6210 were performed.h is shown by theoretical analysis and test results that the load,surface shape and processing method had great influence on the abrasion of connecting rod beating. The abrasion rules of connecting rod beating were summarized based on the test results.
