摘要 针对密封条生产企业对密封条隔声测试的要求及企业条件的限制,设计了密封条实车隔声性能测试试验室。对实车测试方法以及测点数据的分析进行了探讨。通过对车内测点声压级对比及各种密封条件的比较可看出,所得测试结果能够有效区分车内不同测点的差异及试验车不同密封条件的优劣,而且测点的选取能够与实车的动态测试相衔接,为今后与道路测试结果的比较做好了准备。 In view of the requirement of seal strips sound insulation tests and the limit of manufacturer condition,we designed a laboratory for testing sound insulation of seal strips on the vehicle.The test method and measurement data are analyzed and discussed.By comparison of sound pressure level at different measured positions and different sealing conditions,it is shown that the test results could effectively distinguish the difference at different positions and good or bad for different sealing conditions,in addition,the selection of measured points could be linked up with the vehicle dynamic test,thus the comparison with road test results will be realized in the future.
