西洋参不同洗脱部位对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂代谢的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:通过测定胰岛素抵抗大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)的水平,探讨西洋参不同洗脱部位对实验大鼠胰岛素抵抗脂代谢方面的作用。方法:应用高脂膳食配合一次性小剂量注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制胰岛素抵抗动物模型,观察西洋参不同洗脱部位对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂代谢的影响。结果:模型复制成功后,实验大鼠胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)下降,TG、TC、FFA水平升高,经西洋参30%醇、60%醇洗脱部位给药后ISI指数升高,TG、TC、FFA水平下降。结论:西洋参30%醇、60%醇洗脱部位有明显改善胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂代谢方面的作用。 Object:To discuss the effects of different elution fraction groups of American Ginseng on lipid metabolism in rats with insulin resistance(IR) through measuring fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and free fatty acid(FFA) in serum.Method:SD rats were fed with high fat diet and were injected STZ in low dose each time to make the IR model,and observe the effects of different elution fraction groups of American Ginseng on lipid metabolism.Results:The insulin sensitivity indexes(ISI) descend;TG,TC and FFA increase in experimental rats after the IR model are made successfully.Everything mentioned above are going to the contrast after the rats having been given 30 percent ethanol elution fraction group and 60 percent ethanol elution fraction group.Conclusion:30 percent ethanol elution fraction group and 60 percent ethanol elution fraction group of American Ginseng have obvious good effects on lipid metabolism in IR rats.
