摘要
对渐开线外啮合标准直齿圆柱齿轮传动的接触强度计算进行了研究,发现工程计算中,直接以节点应力作为接触强度的计算依据误差较大,埋下齿面早期点蚀的隐患大。给出了渐开线外啮合标准直齿圆柱齿轮传动的齿廓综合曲率比,利用齿廓综合曲率比修正传统的以节点应力作为计算依据的接触强度计算公式,可实现既精确又简便的齿面接触强度计算,具有较好的实用价值。
The research into calculation of contact strength of involute outer - engaged standard spur gear trans mission points out, taking nodes as calculation points in contact strength calculation suffers from bigger error, and would lead to greater risk of early spot erosion of the gear surfaces. It gives demonstrate how tooth profile composite curve ratio of involute outer - engaged standard spur gear transmission varies. Tooth profile composite curve ratio is utilized to compensate contact strength achieved by traditional formulas which take nodes as calculation points. The method can achieve calculating contact strength with both precision and concision and is quite practical.
