摘要
研究了设计参数对螺旋槽流体动压滑动轴承静特性的影响。采用有限差分法对雷诺方程进行求解,计算得出不同设计参数下的轴承压力分布和承载力分布,并绘制图形对计算结果进行了分析。研究结果表明:合理地选择设计参数,可使螺旋槽流体动压滑动轴承具有良好的性能。
The influence of the design parameters on the static characteristics of spiral oil wedge hydrodynamic bearing is investigated theoretically. By means of finite differential methods, the reynolds equation is computed, pressure and carrying capacity under different parameters are computed. And numerical results are analyzed by graphs. The results show that eccentricity. The design parameters should be determined rationally to obtain the significant performance of spiral oil wedge hydrodynamic bearing.
