基于动载荷的双压力角非对称齿轮稳态弹流润滑分析

摘要 把弹流理论应用到双压力角非对称齿轮上,在考虑动载荷的情况下,应用Newton-Raphson法对非对称齿轮传动进行弹流润滑数值计算分析,获得齿轮传动沿啮合线的中心油膜及压力分布,并给出5个特殊点的油膜厚度和压力分布,得到非对称齿轮传动的弹流润滑过程的基本特征,并与对称齿轮传动弹流润滑过程的基本特征进行比较。 On the consideration of vibration effects of gear transmission system, researched on the involute gear with the unsymmetric teeth profile and double pressure angles by using EHL, the center film thickness and pressure distribution along the meshing line, as well as the film shape and pressure distribution of five special points were obtained. Moreover, the basic characteristics of transient EHL process of asymmetric meshing gears and the distinctions between it unsymmetric meshing gears are obtained.
