摘要
提出了在非数控磨床上实现用范成法磨削从动件按余弦加速度规律运动的凸轮,并绘制出实现这一过程的非数控磨床内传动链原理图。采用范成法在非数控磨床上磨削凸轮能达到磨削精度高、产品质量稳定、生产效率高、加工成本低等要求。
How to achieve the process of grinding follower moving according to the law of accelerated motion by the generating method on the grinding machine is showed. And the process of the none - CNC machine inner driving chain schematic chart has been plotted. Generating method on the none - CNC machine has the merits of high precision, stable quality, high efficiency and less cost and so on.
