摘要
分析了K7190型矿用提升绞车减速机使用中存在的问题,探讨了减速机零部件破损原因。提出了改进措施,利用新设计方案对减速机进行了改进设计,针对主轴等零件进行了强度校核,消除了设备运行中的安全隐患。
Introduces a principle of K7190 mine hoist gearbox. Analyzed to this kind of mine hoist＇ s trouble in running, discuss causation to disrepair of gearbox. Advancing improvement scheme, giving a new design scheme, and redesign this gearbox, making intension checking computations to principal axis, resolving safety hidden trouble with facility running.
