摘要
介绍了一种由AT89C51单片机为主控制器的交流变频调速系统,它采用转差频率调节方式,主回路采用交-直-交电压型变频电路,并用M/T法实现电机转速的测量。详细论述了系统的硬件结构及软件设计,并给出了主要程序的流程图。实践表明:该系统可靠性高,组配灵活,具有很好的应用前景。
A kind of AC frequency variable adjusting speed system adopting single - chip microcomputer (SCM) AT89C51 is introduced as master controller. A slip frequence regulation methord is used, and its main circuit is the AC - DC - AC voltage source frequency conversion circuit. M/T method is also used here to measure motor speed. It elaborates on the system hardware structure and the software design, and has presented the main program flow chart. Practice shows that this system has many merits such as high reliability, flexible assembly and good viability.
