摘要
语言法是具有特殊性质的法律。语言法的价值追求包括效率与公平等内容,语言法的权利主体和义务主体的同一性往往为人们所忽视,语言法的实施是主要包括示范、管理和监督的依法行政的过程。对语言法的探讨主要是从法理层面的探讨。
The law for languages is a kind of special law. The value of the law for languages includes performance and fairness. We sometimes ignore the oneness of the rights and obligation in the law for languages. To implement the law for languages is a course of administration according to law, which includes setting an example, adminisiration, and supervision. The study on the law for languages is mostly with help of the jurisprudence aspects.
