东盟国家在其民族独立、经济发展、对外开放的过程中纷纷建立起有利于促进、鼓励创作,丰富民族文化遗产,吸引外国投资的版权制度。在经济全球化、版权保护国际化的趋势下,东盟各国努力执行国际公约、国际协定的基本规定,各国版权制度体现出协同化的趋势,版权保护的总体水平得到较大的提升,但目前仍面临着如何有效执法的问题。

The protection for copyright is greatly improved, bat all of them are facing the problem of how to enforce the copyright law more effectively.
