社会公平与高考志愿填报方式的改革--以河北省为例

On the Reform of Social Equity and the Way of Applying for a University after College Entrance Examination——Taking Hebei Province as an Example

高考填报志愿方式在维护社会公平方面具有十分重要的作用,其具体设计应当秉持公平、公正原则,适应经济社会和教育发展的需求,兼顾科学与公平、改革与稳定、理想与实际的关系。河北省在高考填报志愿方式方面作了不断探索与改革,考生的志愿得到了进一步的尊重,绝大多数考生如愿地升入了理想的大学,招生院校招收到了满意的生源,其经验值得认真总结。

Applying for a university after college entrance examination plays an important role in keeping social equity whose principles should be equity and justice, fit for the development of economic society and educational development and giving attention to the relationship between science and equity, reform and stability, ideal and reality. Hebei Province has made some explorations of the way of applying a university and the applications of candidates are further valued. The majority of candidates can go to their ideal universities.
