增强企业自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,是21世纪中国发展战略目标之一。本文从中国企业自主创新所面临的困境出发,通过与欧美、日、韩创新模式的比较,深入分析中国自主创新的现状,并从企业和政府等角度提出了增强自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的建议与对策。

Strengthening the innovative ability of enterprises and making an innovative country is one of the developing strategies of China in the 21 st century. This paper, starting from the hardship that China＇s enterprises face now and comparing with the innovative modes from Europe, Americas, Japan and South Korea, analyzes the status quo of Chinas own innovation and puts forward the proposals and countermeasures in the perspectives of strengthening innovative ability and making China into an innovative country.
