摘要
硅(锂)阵列探测器原设计用于同步辐射冠状动脉血管造影实验的电流测量模式下的X射线光强的测量。根据这种类型探测器的噪声分析,有可能用于脉冲计数模式下的33keVX射线光强的测量。本文介绍了按此设想进行的实验及其结果。
The Si(Li) detector array has been designed for the X -ray intensity measurement in current mode of SR angiography experiments. According to the noise analysis of this kind of detector, we concluded that they can be used for X-ray intensity measurement in pulse counting mode. Experiment has been performed and expected results are obtained.
