摘要
本文设计和调试了均匀性定量分析程序,并对不同条件下均匀性图象进行了定量测量,证明本程序对均匀性图象的分析是可靠实用的。
The program of quantitative analysis of field uniformity was designed and debugged, and the images of uniformity source under different conditions were quantitatively measured.The results suggest that it is a raliable and practical program for analysis of field uniformity.
