摘要
基于一起退休干部集体讨薪行动的调查,发现由于集体利益易于"搭便车"的特性,集体成员均无主动担任领导者角色的意愿;同时领导者的出现又是其自愿担任的,领导者的产生是集体的理性成员们博弈的结果,成员进行行动选择时主要考虑地理位置、政治风险与预期收益三个变量的综合影响。
Upon the survey of the retired cadres' pension demanding in K county, this paper makes two conclusions. First, none of the members is willing to take the role of group leader because everyone wants to be a hitch-hiker in a collective train of action. Second, the leader is a volunteer, which is resultant from gaming among the reasonable members. The members' actions are based on combined choices of three factors: geographic position, political risk and expected profit.
