摘要
用扫描探针显微镜的AFM功能观察了六种优质白酒的微观形态。从AFM扫描图中,可以看到不同优质白酒的呈香呈味微量化学成分形成的各不相同的颗粒形态,这些颗粒从大小分析都属于溶胶的范围。
The microcosmic morphology of six quality Luzhou-flavor liquors was observed using the AFM function of the scanning probe mi croscope. The AFM scanning pictures showed that the trace chemical components which offered the flavor of different quality liquors formed various granule shapes. The particles are in the scope of sol based on size analysis.
