摘要
采用PEG毛细管柱检测白酒中微量成分的分析过程中,乙酸乙酯与乙缩醛因不能分离而不能定量。将白酒样品中加入微量的1:1盐酸溶液以后,可将乙缩醛降解,以达到对乙酸乙酯予以定量的目的。
Ethyl acetate is not be resolved from acetal during the determination of micro component in Chinese Spirits by PEG capillary col umn, resulting in failure of quantification but quantitative analysis of ethyl acetate can be performed after micro volume of hydrochloric acid （1： 1） is added to the Chinese spirits sample resulting in acetal is degraded.
