摘要
在酒精生产过程中,原料的液化、糖化及发酵等,都需要适宜的温度。传统的真空和蛇形管喷淋冷却方法,需要消耗大量的水,随着酒精生产量的不断增加,耗水量也随之加大,加剧了水资源短缺的局面。为了节约用水,同时又使酒精生产过程不受影响,经过反复研究、试验,设计了螺旋板换热器,改造了冷却系统。实用结果表明,螺旋板换热器在酒精生产中的优越性及其优点特别突出,它不仅降低了用水量,而且温度调定比较精确,占用空间小,故障率低,达到了既节能降耗,又保证了生产顺利进行的目的。
Appropriate temperature was required in the process of alcohol production for fluidifying, saccharify -ing and fermenting of raw ma terial. A lot of water was wasted in traditional methods of spray vacuum tube or spray coiled pipe, and water wasting would be increased rapidly with alcohol production improvement. In order to save poor water resource, and increase alcohol production, spiral plate heat-exchanger was designed and put into action, it is proved by practice that the strongpoint of spiral plate heat-exchanger is clear and outstanding, not only quart tity of water wasting is reduced obviously, but also temperature is easily to control, and space-needed is smaller, fault-rate is lower, the aims for energy saving and production improving are all realized.
