心内膜微波消融治疗永久性心房颤动 被引量：4

摘要 本研究观察心内膜微波消融治疗永久性心房颤动（房颤）的中远期疗效。资料与方法1．一般资料：2001年10月至2005年7月，36例风湿性心脏瓣膜病（均有术后病理证实）患者在我院接受心脏外科手术。消融组22例（男15例，女7例）联合微波消融术，年龄（48．7±8．8）岁，房颤持续时间（3．9±1．4）年；二尖瓣置换术17例，
