Pretreatment of cotton knits for reactive printing

阐述了圆筒、剖幅平幅、双丝双烧棉针织坯布和三丝光高品质棉针织品活性染料印花的前处理工艺,包括纱线、圆筒坯布、开幅坯布的烧毛、丝光工艺处方及参数,圆筒、剖幅针织物的平幅连续漂白工艺,以及生物酶抛光工艺等;并从印花坯布的质量要求、前处理工艺路线设计,各工序的工艺处方和工艺参数等方面进行分析研究。

This paper covers pretreatment of various cotton kints for reactive printing, including tubular knits, slitting and open width knits, double-mercerizing-double-singeing knits, as well as tri-mercerizing top-level knits. Matters needing attention in singeing and mercerizing of yarn, tubular fabric and open width fabric, as well as open width continuous bleaching and biopol- ishing of tubular fabric and slitting fabric were advanced.
