今天，历史文物建筑的生存坏境在恶化，它们的生命周期在萎缩。如何保护和传继优秀的传统文化，本立着重介绍了当前在欧洲针对文物建筑保护出现的一些突出的新观念和新方法。

At present,those weather-worn monuments encounter the situation getting graver than even before.Under the guidline of the sustainable development, the conservation to the historic monumentS and the cultural heritage becomes the national awareness spreading over in Europe. Many new ideas of conservation have emerged from the architects and restorers, as well as the other professional careers. In this paper, these new ideas are introduced, in the hope of expanding our profcssional vision and being conducive to the monuments conservation in China.
