摘要
缺氧诱导因子是机体组织、细胞适应缺氧环境、缓解对氧和能量的需求、维持内环境平衡的关键,其中发挥核心调控作用的中心枢纽是缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)[1]。HIF-1α主要在细胞内发挥应答反应以维持对缺氧耐受,可以通过许多不同的受体介导不同的作用肿瘤在发生发展的过程中不乏缺氧过程,且越来越多的研究表明HIF-1和肿瘤的生物学密切关系,HIF-1引起许多学者的关注。本文主要介绍对HIF-1α的研究进展以及针对HIF-1α的靶向治疗研究、特别是其与妇科肿瘤的关系。
Hypoxia inducible factor plays an important role in adaptation to the supply of oxygen and energy and keeping inner balance of body in anaerobic environment. However , it is the HIF - 1α (hypoxia inducible factor - 1α ) that exerts HIF - 1 the special function to regulating downstream signals . Hypoxia develops in the majority of solid tumors due to the inability of the existing vascular system to supply the growing tumor mass with adequate amounts of oxygen. More and more evidence suggests that intratumoral hypoxia correlates with the elevated aggressive behavior of cancer cells, such as their resistance to therapy, metastasis , and so on, leading to poor patient prognoses and catching many scholar's eyes. This paper presents the development of research on HIF - 1α and anticancer strategies targeting HIF - 1, especially it's correlation with the gynecological malignant tumor.
