宫颈鳞状细胞癌发生过程中水通道蛋白1、缺氧诱导因子-1α和血管内皮生长因子的表达变化

摘要 目的检测水通道蛋白1(AQP1)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在宫颈癌组织中的表达,探讨其在宫颈癌发病中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测32例宫颈癌组织,41例CIN和30例正常宫颈组织中AQP1、HIF-1α及VEGF的表达。结果AQP1、HIF-1α和VEGF在宫颈癌组的表达比在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组和正常宫颈组的表达明显增高(P〈0.01),并且三者的表达呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论AQP1、HIF-1α在宫颈癌组织中存在一定程度的表达,其通过诱导VEGF的表达参与宫颈癌的血管生成,共同促进了宫颈癌的发生。 Objective To evaluate the expression of aquaporin 1 ( AQP1 ), Hypoxia - inducible factor 1 alpha( HIF- 1 α)and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of AQP1, HIF - 1 α and VEGF in 32 samples of cervical carcinoma,41 CIN and 30 normal cervical epithelia were assessed by using Immunohistocheminocal method,and all the data was analyzed by SPSS11. 0. Resuits The expression of AQP1, HIF - 1 α and VEGF in cervical carcinoma were significantly higher than those in cervical intraepithelial neoplasis and normal cervical epithelium ( P 〈0.01 ). The expression of HIF- 1 α and VEGF were positively correlated with the expression of AQP1. Conclusion AQP1, HIF - 1 α are highly expressed in cervical carcinoma and their expression can be involved in the angiogenesis of cervical carcinoma through VEGF activation pathway.
