摘要
目的研究大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤(RIRI)后视网膜细胞凋亡的动态变化。方法42只大鼠随机分为两组,对照组6只;实验组按照缺血时间段1h、6h、12h、24h、48h、72h随机分为6组,每组6只,通过结扎大鼠劲总动脉1h后再灌注.检测各组大鼠视网膜内凋亡细胞。结果再灌注后,细胞凋亡主要在内核层和外核层表达。大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注6h逐渐出现细胞凋亡,24h细胞凋亡达到高峰,然后细胞凋亡逐渐减少。结论细胞凋亡在视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the dynamic experssion of the apoptosis of the cell in rat retinal ischemia reperfusion (RIR) injury models. Methods Forty-two SD rats were divided into two groups randomly. Group A was control group containing six. Group B was RIRI group containing thirty-six rats ( six in each sub - group, respectively). Each sub - group was determined by the time after ischemia-reperfusion : one hour, six hours, twelve hours, twenty-four hours, forty - eight hours and seventy - two hours. In group A, to expose rat single common carotid artery but not to ligate it. In group B, to ligate rat single common carotid artery for an hour,then refuse it,and a model of rat retinal ischemia - reperfusion was established. To excute the rats according to the time period. Results Apoptosis of cell was mainly to occur in retina inner nuclear and outer nuclear layer. Apoptosis occurs in 6 h after repefusion and the peak of apoptosis appeared twenty-four hours after reperfusion,then decreased gradually. Conclusion Apoptosis may play an importment role in rat retina ischemia - reperfusion injury.
