抗角蛋白单克隆抗体对银屑病动物模型的作用研究

Research of anti-keratin monoclonal antibody on animal＇s psoriasis

目的探索抗角蛋白单克隆抗体5G5治疗银屑病的可能作用机制。方法以单抗5G5腹腔内注射，观察其对角质形成细胞增殖的调节作用。结果实验结果显示单抗5G5有较好的抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和具有促进鼠尾鳞状表皮颗粒层形成的作用。结论抗角蛋白单克隆抗体5G5治疗银屑病的作用机制与可能调节角质形成细胞增殖有关。

Objective In order to explore the mechanisms of the anti-keratin monoclonal antibody 5G5 （ MAhSG5 ） in psoriasis treatment. Methods The different groups of mouse were fed with 5G5. The effect on regulating keratinocyte proliferation was observed. Re- suits The experimental study revealed that MAhSG5 has the function of restraining the karyokinesis of vagina epithelium and accelerating the formation of stratum granulosum in rat squarnous epidermis. Conclusion The mechanism of MAhSG5 in psoriasis treatment may be related to regulate keratinocyte proliferation.
