现代大众传媒的出现和发展,在改变文化生产方式的同时,导致一系列现代文体的出现,对文学的风格和文体变革产生深刻影响。现代报刊促进了通俗小说的繁荣,而通俗小说则以商品的形式在现代文化市场的培育中扮演了重要角色;报纸副刊因其开拓了更为自由的舆论空间,促进了散文文体的变革,散文文体为了适应市民阶层新的审美需求,自觉不自觉地发生了滋生、整合与更迭,以现代形态加以确立。

The emergence and development of modern mass media have led to the emergence of a series of modern literary styles when the mode of cultural production is changed and has exerted a profound influence on the style of literature and transformation of literary style.Modern newspapers and periodicals have promoted the prosperity of popular novel while popular novel is playing an important role in the cultivation of modern cultural market in the form of a commodity;newspaper supplement has promoted the transformation of literary style of prose by expanding more free space for public opinion;thus the literary style of prose is established in modern form by conscious or unconscious propagation,integration and alternation in order to adapt to the new aesthetic demands of plebeian stratum.
