Proof-reading and Revising the Final Version of Ren Jian Ci Hua in ShengJing Times

王国维1908年撰写《人间词话》126则,稍后从中择录63则并补写1则,分3期连载于1908-1909年之《国粹学报》,影响寥寥;1915年1月,王国维复将《人间词话》手稿和《国粹学报》刊发之64则,重新增删、合并,并从《宋元戏曲考》中迻录1则,合共31则,分7次连载于《盛京时报》。从此以后,王国维未对《人间词话》再作任何修订,故《盛京时报》本《人间词话》代表了王国维词学的终极形态。《盛京时报》本《人间词话》久不为人所知,1982年,陈杏珍、刘烜将王国维自存剪报本(不全,仅23则)揭载于《河南师范大学学报》,2000年赵利栋从《盛京时报》中迻录全部31则收入《王国维学术随笔》,此后诸家转载,都不出以上二本。然二本文字多有舛误,因试作校订,并略论其去西方化的基本立场。

The original manuscript of Ren Jian Ci Hua have 126 items which was written by WANG Guo-wei in 1908,but the second version excerpted from the first draft serialized on the Journal of Guo Cui for three times from 1908-1909 just kept 63 items and added another one item,but its efforts were not appreciated.In January 1915,the final and also unknown version of Ren Jian Ci Hua serialized in Sheng Jing Times for seven times had 31 items,including those modified manuscripts and published on the Journal of Guo Cui.Furthermore,Wang Guo-wei added to it one item from the Origin of Traditional Opera in the Song and Yuan Dynasties.Up to now,almost all citations of the final version come from the Journal of Henan Normal University in 1982 or come from the Wang Guo-wei's Academic Essays in 2000.The first one just included 23 items kept by Wang Guo-wei taking from Sheng Jing Times and published by Chen Xing-zhen and Liu Yuan;the second one is a complete version collected and compiled by Zhao Li-dong from Sheng Jing Times.This paper tries to proofread and revise the two versions mentioned above and briefly discuss its basic point of view of de-Westernization in the final version of Ren Jian Ci Hua.
