中国企业对外直接投资动因理论与实证研究

A Study on the Motivating Factors of Chinese Firms' Foreign Direct Investment

文章在研讨国内外有关对外直接投资的动因理论和实证研究成果的基础上,结合国际国内环境变化趋势与特点,提出了中国企业对外直接投资动因的一系列假设,并根据87份有效问卷的数据对假设进行了检验。研究结果显示,全球经济一体化趋势是中国企业对外直接投资重要的驱动因素,中国企业具有明显的向外寻求发展和寻求生存动机,主要体现为公司实施扩展的动因、寻求市场动因、寻求创造性资产动因、利用专属优势动因、寻求自然资源动因和克服贸易壁垒动因,网络联系在中国企业对外投资中具有带动和促进作用。

This article investigates and probes into the motivating factors of Chinese firms' foreign direct investment.Based on literature review and changes in domestic and international environments,it employs a broad set of measures to assess the determinants of Chinese firms' FDI.It verifies the hypotheses with questionnaire data.According to a statistical analysis of 87 responses to a survey,it finds that Chinese firms' FDI is significantly and positively influenced by strategic expansion and survival motives and by home country business networks and relationships,and global economic integration trends constitute an important driving force.
