新疆多民族和多宗教的现实决定了宗教事务更加需要法律的规范和制约。为实现新疆宗教事务管理法治化的目标,我们必须从法律关系上对新疆宗教领域各种盘根错节的复杂现象进行准确的分析和界定,进而运用不同的法律对策加以解决和处理,找到新疆宗教事务法制建设的现实路径。

The multi-national and multi-religious reality in Xinjiang determines the religious affairs here need much more legal standardization and restriction. To realize the legalization of religious affairs administration in Xinjiang, we should, from legal relation point of view, accurately analyze and define the complicated phenomena of the religious field in Xinjiang and handle and resolve these problems with corresponding legal countermeasures, exploring a path for legal construction of religious affairs in Xinjiang.
