摘要
可持续发展是由多个子系统和许多要素组成的多维复杂巨系统。其发展的状态、程度和变化必须通过指标体系和模型来予以描述。本文基于太极——八卦的理念,建立了区域可持续发展的太极--八卦评价模型以及与之相关的可持续发展指数层、系统层、能力层、总体目标层指标及其世代关系的评价模型,并运用模型和数学语言描述了区域可持续发展总体目标与发展能力、协调能力、可持续能力之间的相互关系。
Sustainable development is a multidimentional complicated huge system consisting of many subsystems and elements. Its status, degree and diverstification must be described through index systems and models. Based on Taiji-Bagua theory, this thesis compounded an Taiji-Bagua evaluation model of district sustainable development as well as its relevant indicator level, system level, capability level, overall object level and and the evaluation model for the relations between generations of the above mentioned levels, and, through models and mathematic language, described the correlation between district sustainable development overall object and development capability, harmony capability, sustainable development capability.
