纯棉针织物圆网涂料、活性染料共同印花实践

The printing practice of the pure cotton knitted fabric using both the circular screen pigment and reactive dye

采用涂料、活性染料共同印花,即涂料印制线条和小面积花型,活性染料印制大块面和满地色花型的方法,克服了单独采用涂料或活性染料印花时手感硬、牢度差、线条不精细等缺点。文中对此工艺中各道工序如坯布前处理、花网制作、印花助剂色浆的选择与调制、烘干和汽蒸的质量控制进行探讨,提出了详细的措施,并通过大生产实践证明了该工艺的可行性。

The printing technology using both pigment and reactive dye, i.e., using pigment to print outlines and small area pattern and using reactive dye to print big area pattern and ground pattern, can remove the stiff hand, bad fastness and inadequate fine lines for the separate pigment printing and reactive printing. This paper discusses the selection and preparation of all the technological working procedures such as pretreatment of the gray fabric, circular screen making and color paste preparation of the printing auxiliary agent, analyzes the quality control of the drying and steaming processes, and puts forward the detailed measures. Furthermore, the feasibility of this technology is proved through big amount of production practice.
