我国客车行业经过50多年的发展,由计划经济转为市场经济,行业也随之发生了翻天覆地的变化,当年的小企业变成了如今的领头羊,曾经辉煌多年的行业霸主现已退居二线,原来的公交客车巨头倒闭后也被其他企业收入囊下,现存的客车生产企业都在争先恐后地发展。为什么会有这么大的变化?这个问题值得我们深思与探讨。
The overall structure and pattern of China's bus and coach Industry has been dramatically changed in the 50-year development process. Why? The author believed that the fundamental was rooted in the self-development of bus and coach manufacturers, and market-oriented strategy, excellent team and effective management are the three key factors to achieving such a marvelous change.
