自卸车又惹祸了!据《京华时报》报道，近日一辆满载沥青的自卸车途经北京朝阳路十里堡附近时，由于车太重而压塌路面，致使车体侧翻，车厢内20余t的沥青全部撤在路面上，车侧翻位置的路面被压出一个直径四五米长的大洞。事故造成朝阳路上短时间的交通拥堵，交警认定，核载12t的该车实载24t沥青，属超载行驶，是造成事故的主要原因。

Based on the analysis of recent cases of tipper related traffic accidents happened in many different places, it has learned that there are two major accidents, one was side overturn, the other was brake-failure.
