摘要
主要阐述了美国《障碍者教育法》产生的历史背景、起因和演进的发展历程。透过该法案每一次的演进、变化可以获悉美国特殊教育发展的不同阶段的立法改进。吸纳其先进的教育理念,对我国特殊教育的发展有一定的借鉴和影响作用。
This thesis mainly elaborates the historical background of IDEA in the USA, the factors giving the impetus to IDEA and its evolutionary process. Following the evolutionary process of the IDEA, the legislative improvements at different stages of the American special education are displayed. Learning the advanced educational concepts from the USA will give some refereees to and influence on the future of Chinese special education.
