学习型社会视角下的县域高等教育体系的构建

我国经济社会与高等教育之间的不平衡与我国高等教育体系的不合理有很大关系。构建一个适应学习型社会的县域高等教育体系,是县域经济社会发展的需要,是我国高等教育体系突破自身局限、实现结构性嬗变的重要途径。发展县域高等教育是江苏省在产业结构调整、高等教育需求多样化发展现状下提出的。江苏省县域高等教育发展在全国处于先进水平,但仍然存在数量少、层次低等问题。尤其是在制度保障、政策规划、县域高等教育体系建设、人才培养模式及结构优化方面,需要政府在政策和法规方面大力支持,以满足县域经济以及受教育者对科技、知识的要求,使发展县域高等教育具有可行性。

The imbalance between the higher education system and the economics society is related to the unreasonable system of higher education in our country. Constructing the higher education system of the studying-society is the need of the county socio-economic development and the important means to break through its own limitation, realize structural transmutation in higher education system of our country. To develop the county higher education is proposed under the actuality of the industrial restructuring and the diversified need of higher education development. The county higher education of Jiangsu province develops in advanced level of the whole nation, but still existing in the problems of the amount is less, the level is lower. Especially, the aspects of the system ensured, policy plan, county higher education system construction, talented training model and structural optimization need the government strongly supports in the field of policy, law and regulation, so to satisfy the county economy as well as the educatee demand to the science and technology, knowledge, all these can provide the feasibility to develop the county higher education
