摘要
王振生教授通过回顾教学生涯中的二三事,概括出他作为一名大学教师的教学历程。相长、责任和补遗是大学教师由外及内进行能力与精神培塑的过程,是大学教师发展由因到果的逻辑,是一名大学教师的教学活动由个体行为转化为社会行为的总结与升华。我们衷心希望更多的老教师们来本刊"补遗",希望更多的青年教师从中受益。
Professor WANG Zhen-sheng reviews the cases of his teaching career, generalizes the developing course and the track. The interactive progress, responsibility and addendum are the ability and spirit cultivation process from outside to inside of the university teacher, also are the logic of university teacher development from the reason to the result. This is a summarization of the individual behavior translate into the society behavior of teaching activity of university teacher. We wish more teachers to read our journal for "addendum", and expect more teachers benefit from it.
