The system of socialist market economy is China＇s target model of reform. JIANG Ze-min＇s Selected Works based on DENG Xiao-ping＇s Theories, has further perfected and developed the theories of building the market economy on the condition of socialism： through the emphasis on human and property rights protection as well as government function transformation, cultivate and strengthen the genes of China＇s marketing economy; through the important thought of Three Representatives, emphasize the decisive role of the Communist Party of China in the system of building the socialist market economy.
