摘要
信息技术与课程的整合以及信息技术课程的开设亟需建立一支高质量的教师队伍。行动研究有望加速高素质信息技术教师队伍的建设,可以通过开设"行动研究课程"培养师范生的研究意识与能力;通过"合作的反思性教学"、"主题式"职后培训及培训后管理促使一线教师走上研究型的专业教师之路。
A team of teachers of high quality is urgently demanded in the case of integration of curricula and offering of IT courses. There are great possibilities of accelerating the building of teacher rank of high quality of IT by action research. These measures include offering courses in action research to train students' consciousness and abilities in normal colleges, facilitating teachers' becoming specialized talents with research thinking by cooperative reflective teaching and past-post training concerning some specific themes.
