摘要
在很多运动项目中,爆发力对运动成绩起着决定性的作用,因此对其训练方法的研究也就成为人们关注的焦点。通过对现有爆发力训练理论进行分析,提出运用希尔方程理论进行爆发力练习的最佳构想,以期为运动员最大限度地挖掘爆发力潜能提供参考。
In many sports events, the explosive force plays a decisive role in sports performance. Its training method has become the focus that people paid attention to. With the existing explosive force training theories, it made an analysis of such training with Hill' s muscle function. The best assumption for the explosive force training was gained, so as to provide a reference for the most potential to athletes.
