摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取拟灯心草属植物龙须草茎及根中的挥发油,茎挥发油收率为0.25%,根挥发油收率为0.2%.应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,利用NIST谱库对挥发油化学成分进行了分析鉴定,并用归一法测定各化学成分的相对质量分数.首次从龙须草茎中提取的挥发油鉴定出9种化合物,占总油量的94.53%,从根中提取的挥发油中鉴定出8种化合物,占总油量的94.74%.结果表明龙须草茎及根挥发油所含成分相似,主要为长链烷烃、长链脂肪酸及多不饱和长链脂肪醇类化合物,几乎不含芳香族化合物.研究结果为龙须草的综合开发利用提供了理论依据.
The essential oils from the stem and root of Herba junci setchuensis were extracted by steam distillation. The yields of the essential oils from the stem and the root reached 0.25% and O. 2% ,respectively. The chemical constituents of the oil were analyzed and identified by GC-MS techniques with NIST library, and quantitatively determined with normalization method. For the first time, 9 and 8 compounds were identified, and occupy 94.53% and 94.74% of all essential oils from the stem and root of Herba junci setchuensis, respectively. The results showed that the constituents in the volatile oil of stem and root of Herba junci setchuensis were very similar, and the main compounds were long-chain alkane, long-chain fatty acid and unsaturated long-chain fat-ty alcohol, but the aromatic compounds are rare. The results provide theoretical basis for the exploitation and utilization of Herba junci setchuensis.
