摘要
参考国内外对蒙皮效应的研究成果和现状,利用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟分析了轻型钢框架结构中的蒙皮效应.分析中考虑了不同的钢框架布置形式以及檩条的数目和截面形式等因素对钢框架中蒙皮效应的影响.通过分析,得出一些有价值的结论:影响蒙皮结构力学性能的最主要因素是连接件的力学性能及其设置情况,其余影响因素一般通过影响连接件的力学性能及设置情况,从而达到影响蒙皮结构力学性能的效果.这些结论对轻钢结构设计中考虑蒙皮效应具有一定的参考价值.
Diaphragm effect in steel frame was simulated by the finite element software "ANSYS" based on the research results of the diaphragm effect of profiled steel sheets at home and abroad in this paper. In the process of analyses, some parameters concered the stressed skin diaphragm effect, such as the size of steel frame, the number of purlin, the section of purlin and so on are taken into account. Finally, some useful conclusions are drawn:the structural property of the diaphragm structure are greatly influenced by the mechanic property and the distribution of the fasteners. Also, the fasteners are vital to play the role of other influences of the diaphragm structure in working. These conclusions maybe useful to consider the stressed skin diaphragm effect in practical design.
