摘要
提出了快速原型制造软件系统的总体设计实施方案,并详细论述了系统开发中的各种关键技术,其中包括STL文件预处理(STL文件模型的缺陷的纠正即二级纠错处理)、采用VC多线程编程技术后STL文件的三维显示、基于邻边拓扑信息的分层、分层处理后的扫描填充优化算法,给出了分层处理中分层平面与三角形求交运算中出现的三种情况及两级纠错处理分层软件设计的总体流程和扫描填充算法优化后填充扫描的运行实例.结果表明,采用STL数据文件两级纠错处理技术和填充扫描优化算法,极大提高了文件处理的精确度和速度,完善了快速原型制造软件系统的功能.
The systematic scheme of software design for rapid prototyping manufacturing system (technology of secondary error correcting) is proposed. The discussions are carried out to the key technology of the system, which includes the preprocessing and the 3D display of STL data file, layering based on adjacent topological information, the optimization algorithm of filling and Scanning,the total flow of secondary error correcting layering software. The case studies of the filling were undertaken and the result shows that the precision and the speed of the processing are greatly accelerated and the function of software for rapid prototyping manufacturing system is perfected, owing to the technology of secondary error correcting and the optimized algorithm of the filling.
