摘要 随着电阻点焊应用领域的不断扩展和深入,对焊接质量提出了更高的要求.电阻点焊过程及质量监控方法的发展趋势是控制方法的综合化和控制决策的智能化.根据电阻点焊的控制要求,设计采用双单片机控制的电阻点焊控制系统.其中单片机AT89C51负责键盘、显示、功能选择等人机交互界面;另一AVR单片机AT90S8535控制焊接过程、电压和电流的采集与计算及触发角控制等;双单片机之间通过I/O口模拟串行通信来交换数据.研制的控制系统能够实现移相、恒压和恒流三种控制方式;同时具备多套焊接规范存储、故障自诊断、功率因数自适应等功能,实践证明运行稳定可靠. With the wide application of the resistance spot welding, the resistance spot welding process and quality control methods have become more emphasized and are now developing towards integration and intelligence. According to the control functions of resistance spot welding, a control system for resistance spot welding using double single-chip processors is designed. One, AT89C51, is responsible for man-machine interaction such as keyboard control, data display, function selection, etc. Another, AVR AT90S8535, is responsible for welding process, sampling and calculation of current and voltage in order to control trigger angle. Serial communication simulated by I/O is used to exchange data between two single-chip processors. The control system developed is capable of phase shift control, constant voltage control and constant current control, the storing multiple sets of the welding norms and performing self-examination and power factor self-adapting. It works stably and reliably indeed.
