摘要 随着煤炭资源勘查不断向纵深发展,超千米钻机的效率等各项指标也倍受关注。THJ-2000型钻机通过实际钻探工作的验证,最深孔达1 700多m,并且钻进时由于扭矩和提升力得到明显改进,事故率明显降低,实现了超千米快速钻进,特别是在巨厚第三、第四系履盖地层施工中显示出了巨大优势。分析了该钻机的各项技术参数、完成20个超千米地质勘探孔和煤层气井的实际情况,指出了该钻机的优势和尚存的问题,以期得到行业同仁的指正并发挥更大的作用。 Along with ceaseless depth oriented development of coal resource exploration works, efficiency and other indices of over 1000m capacity drilling rigs have been paid doubled attention to. Through verifications in THJ-2000 drilling practices, deepest borehole is 1700m+, because of obvious improvement of torsional moment and hoisting duty, accident rate has dropped largely, achieved high-speed drilling in over 1000m depth, especially the advantages in extra thick Tertiary and Quaternary overburdens. Analyzed the specifications of the rig, practices of 20 over 1000m geological exploration boreholes and CBM wells, pointed out the rig's predominance and problems still existed, and expect people of the same trade point out shortcomings and look forward to give full play of the rig.
