针对黄河三角洲荒碱地多且不宜直接耕种的现状,利用"上农下渔"模式开展滨海荒碱地的开发,逐步探索合理利用、适度开发荒碱地的优良模式。

Based on the present situation of lots of saline-alkali soil and uselessness for direct farming, We should gradually explore the excellent mode of rational utilization and moderate development of saline-alkali soil by Agriculture-fishery mode.
