靛酚蓝反应测定氨氮的影响因素的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对靛酚蓝反应测定氨氮过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方法,提高了试剂的稳定性,降低了空白吸光度。研究表明,影响该反应的主要因素为pH和试剂添加顺序。 Methods were put forward to solve the problems existed in the determination of ammonia nitrogen by the indophenol blue reaction, which improved reagent's stability and reduced the blank absorbility. The study indicated that the main influential factors were pH and the adding order of reagents.
