摘要
本文对反应堆堆内构件镍基真空钎焊中的几个主要技术问题:接头性能保证、变形控制、流溢控制等方面进行了较为详细的阐述.并提出了解决这些主要技术问题的途径。文中还针对厚板结构钎接中存在的困难问题,提出二次加热钎焊的新方法,并对此进行了理论分析。文中还对Ni-Cr-P 系玻璃态带状钎料的住能及其应用情况作了介绍.
In performing the nickel-based vacuum brazing for some assembliesworking in the reactor,there are some difficulties:how to assure theproperties of the joints brazed;how to control the deformation andfiller metal flowing.This paper concerns with these technical problems.For brazing heavy thickness assemblies,we propose a new technologyof“twice-crest brazing”and discuss its principle.We also introduce anew type of filler metal,a Ni-Cr-P system metglas brazing foil,bothits properties and its industrial utilisation.
