摘要
闭式喷蒸热压克服了蒸汽泄漏的缺点,适合用于软质纤维板的生产。本试验参照有关资料,确定了热压工艺参数为:热压温度160℃、施胶量10%、喷蒸时间10 s、热压时间10 s/mm进行试验,按此参数压制的软质纤维板,板材性能符合GB/T 17657-1999要求。
This study focused on enclosing a steam-injection press, to eliminate any steam leakage, to produce low density (0. 3 g/cm^3) fiberboard. After reviewing this technology from previous studies, the authors designed an orthogonal experiment to optimize the process parameters for making low density fiberboard. The results indicated that when 10% resin content, 160 ℃ pressing temperature, 10 s steam injection time, and 10 s/mm pressing time were used, the properties of fiberboards met the reouirements of national standard GB/T 17567-1999.
